Damo will be breaking down and focusing on the relatively complex Nei Gong practice of Taiyi Hundun Qigong, both seated and standing versions. This is an intermediate level internal set but can also be good for beginners as there are insights into some of the later aspects of channel development contained within the set.
Damo will teach through a combination of practical and theoretical sessions aiming to explore the channel system of Nei Gong in great depth.
