On this course, the deeper meaning and function of sound-work was explored in the context of spiritual practice. The sound of AUM (ॐ) was the focus of the event with uses and variations of the sound also covered. Students were led into correct meditative and sound practice and shown how to use AUM in various ways. They also explored concepts such as the nature of mindfulness, the ‘condition’ of a practitioner and the six maladies of human Spirit.
