Foundations of Alchemy (2020)

Students studied the nature of seated practice, breath work, alchemical development of the firing process and more through extensive practical and theoretical lessons. This was a very in depth and involved training event. We can recommend setting aside a few days to work through this material as it can be quite dense at times!
