This course was taught by Damo whilst he was in Bali. Over 12 lessons, he teaches many important levels on training including establishing internal and moral foundations for training. He also teaches a rare moving set of Yi Jin Jing-type designed to help prepare the ‘temple’ of the body for deep alchemical work.
