Advanced Nei Gong (2024)

This event was run in Bali over two days, studying more efficient and advanced ways to take the Nei Gong process further. Damo introduced the regulations – advanced alignments, and the Long Men sequence called “Da Yun”, described as the “Dan Tian Gong” for the Yellow Court.
