What are my username and password?
Your username is the email address with which you have registered in the IAA. When logging in for the first time, please use the “forgotten password” link on the login page to generate a new password.
My IAA email address isn't recognised
If you have changed your email address in the IAA, try logging in with your previous address here, as your account might have originally been migrated with your previous email address.
My email address isn't recognised during password reset
If you haven’t logged into the IAA during the migration period in 2024, you account might not have been migrated, so we will need to do it manually. Please make a post in the IAA Discord->Tech Support forum with the request to create your account. Please make sure to provide your FULL NAME so that we can find your account.
I'm missing some of my purchased courses
Course enrollments were migrated automatically for anyone who logged into IAA in June-Aug ’24. For everyone else – please get in touch with us via Discord/Tech-Support forum (connect via IAA dashboard), letting us know what email address you are registered with in the IAA, and we’ll sync your account manually.
Purchasing Courses
It says I must be a paid member of the IAA to buy a course?
Courses are only available to the current subscribers and students of the IAA and LNG. You can see your level of access at the bottom of your dashboard after your log in.
Why can't I buy an advanced course?
We believe that the students will only benefit from particular courses after diligent training over a period of time. Since we don’t supervise students’ training, the best way to manage this is to allow some courses to be bought based on where you are in the Neigong Program, therefore Year 2 IAA students have access to Year 2 courses here, same for year 3, 4, etc.
Where is the Zoom link for the course I just bough?
After you buy a Zoom course, the course is added to your dashboard. On the day of the course, on the course page there will be a button with the Zoom link. Please check carefully the start time of the course for your time zone (for example for courses run in Bali, you can ask Google: what time is it in Bali right now?
I'd like to buy a course in Women's Courses category.
These courses are available for purchase to students taking part in the Women’s Nei Gong program in the IAA academy. To get access to that program, please get in touch with with us via [email protected]

What is Nei Gong?
Nei Gong is an internal practice that focuses on cultivating the body, mind, and spirit through various exercises and practices. More information can be found on Lotus Nei Gong website
How can I access the online library?
You can access the online library by signing up for a membership on The Internal Arts Academy. Once registered, you will be able to purchase these additional courses according to how far you are along in the IAA Nei Gong Program.
How often are new events added?
New events and content are added regularly through the year to ensure that you always have fresh material to explore and learn from.
Can I download the event videos?
Currently, the event videos are available for streaming only. This ensures that you always have access to the most up-to-date content and resources.
What topics are covered in the events?
The events cover a wide range of topics including meditation, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and other internal arts, all taught by Damo Mitchell.
Is there a community I can join?
Yes, we have an active online community where members can share experiences, ask questions, and get support from the teachers. This community can be accesed from the IAA dashboard.
Are there any live sessions?
Yes, all of these courses are originally available as a live session, where you have an opportunity to ask questions and receive immediate answers. The free live classes are available for all the current members of the academy. The specialised courses require separate payment.

What happens when I sign up to an upcoming course?
Once you have purchased the upcoming course, on the day of the course you can log in and see the Zoom link on the course details page on your dashboard. The videos of the course will be uploaded 1-2 weeks later – without the Q&A.
